You asked for it! You got it! I am happy to bring back this amazing workshop. You are gonna look and feel SOOO good after this workshop! AND you will learn will have the tools to repeat the results for yourself!

This work is really restorative and powerful. We will release tension in our face, head, jaw and neck. This is amazing work and helps with sinus pressure ( HELLO allergy season! ) it works miracles on headaches, and you will be amazed just how much tension you hold in your face. We will also focus some on the often tense jaw and TMJ area. Learning to release these powerful tight muscles. We will also release the neck learning ways to help our poor tight achy necks and get them feeling great. This is super helpful for tech neck. All of this work is SO SO good for all of us who stare at screens too much and sit at desks/ drive around. All of these areas collect stress and contribute to a lot of tension in our neck/shoulders/jaw and ouch headaches!

A wonderful added bonus to this work is it has some major beauty benefits too!!! We will be increasing circulation to our skin. Ironing out wrinkles, lifting, plumping, depuffing and increasing tone to our face. You will look rejuvinated and ready for spring!

This workshop will focus on the face, jaw & tmj area and the neck. All areas we hold a huge amount of tension in. You will learn routines to help tone and release these areas, leaving you feeling revived, relaxed and amazing.
This workshop is a proven-effective, deeply therapeutic toning technique for facial rejuvenation that you can learn to do yourself to counteract the effects of stress, tension & aging.
Just like the rest of the body, our faces are subject to repetitive stress patterns. Think about how often you furrow your brows, squint, how intensely you chew, whether you habitually clench your jaw, and all the hours spent straining your eyes while looking at computers or mobile devices. These sustained stress patterns tighten muscles in the face, neck, and head. Results often include headaches, TMJ jaw pain, chronic sinus problems, eyestrain, loss of skin elasticity and even premature wrinkles.

This is a 4 week Foot Fitness Basics Course. It has 4 live zoom classes and daily in app on demand workouts.

This is a 4 week course that will teach you simple exercise for your feet to build strength & flexibility. You will learn about alignment and gain awareness of your posture, gait, and your habitual patterns. You will learn ways to correct your patterns and how to create healthy foot function. We will progress week by week through the different parts of the feet. Each week we will build on the one before! At the end of the 4 weeks your feet will feel better than they have in years! It is truly amazing the transformation that can happen with just a little time and attention! You will have all the tools you need to be able to continue your journey to build and maintain happy healthy feet.
