How much time do we spend on the other parts of our body while we mostly ignore our feet?

There are so many reasons we should work on our feet. They are our base of support. A building wouldn’t last with a bad foundation.

The muscle chains in your legs end in your feet & several fascial lines run through them, so if you are not working on strengthening and flexibility in your feet you are not getting the full effect in the rest of your body.

Meaning: When your feet aren’t functioning well, the rest of you isn’t optimal. And it shows. Self-expression and body language are rooted here, so maybe it’s time to give some love to your hard working feet.
