In this class we will work your core, gain strength, increase mobility, and help lengthen , stretch, and destress the body. On Zoom & with a replay so no hassle of a comute & parking. The Perfect Lunch Break Class! to get you moving and feeling amazing.
Replay for each class available for 1 week. • list of recamended small props/equipment will be sent to students. -At least 1 Yamuna ball, a flex band and small hand weights are highly encouraged.
