Pre-register for class. Register a min of 2 hours before class start time. All you need to do is pay & make sure your email is included with your information. You will be sent an invite to the event plus some tips for setting up. I will be starting the event a few minutes early to help with any technical set up.

I will be offering a variety of classes from body rolling to pilates and my own fusion class. I will also offer some pranayama and restorative practices which I feel are very helpful at this time.
